Videoplayer not working in IE8+Silverlight

Hello,

I had successfully published my first experimental web site implementation using this player framework. My setup is HTML5 video element as primary delivery method and Silverlight fallback. It works great with IE9, Chrome, Safari and Firefox (through Silverlight fallback). However, in IE8 there is no functionality even with Silverlight installed. Just the black panel is visible and not even throbbing animation, only the static image. I have confirmed this by switching to IE8 mode and also a friend of mine accessed it today with IE8+Silverlight at his office. Please, please, can someone help me to discover where the problem resides? Here is URL to web site:

Happy New Year and greetings to everyone who is following this thread,

further research has shown that IE8 is not working properly when the player is instantiated from JavaScript yet it works fine when declared. I have moved the JavaScript instantiated version to a new URL, it is now published at http://nkzba.temelios.sk/html5-js/. Anyone who can help toward improvements and bug fixes is welcome to analyze it here.

Best regards,
