Caption Settings are not consistently applied nor removed from Settings flyout

Topics: Windows 8 Xaml

Captions Settings (accessed through the Settings flyout in the latest beta release) are not consistently applied to the caption text. Perhaps the first time a user opens the flyout it may be possible to update the captions styles; however subsequent changes have no effect or sometimes are applied randomly (i.e. on backing out and returning to the video).

Further, the caption settings command in the flyout menu is not removed (as suggested in the documentation) from the list of commands; it resides in the command list for the duration of the entire app's lifecycle.
