Greetings.

The application I'm developing only uses DRM streams, and each of them has the same problem so to speak. The quality of the playback is very good, but once every 20-50 seconds, some pixels appear on the screen (like when you would scrub the time bar in VLC player or etc) then they fade away.
Can someone tell me what the cause of this is ? The quality of the video is excellent as I mentioned, but I always tested with a good internet (500 mbps), therefore it's not an internet problem....so why would it frame and show some pixels for 1-2 seconds, then continue with good quality again ?

Could it be a buffering problem ?

Any code (XAML, C#) required will be posted on request :) (I will not be able to disclose the whole solution or project, only parts of the code that are relevant to this discussion, company policy).

Thank you in advance !
