We have updated the CSS used by the CaptionTrackPlugin and the caption examples shipped with the Player Framework to scale the caption background shadow by default.

Please note the TTML caption files control their own style, layout, and positioning per the W3C TTML spec, which describes the numerous styling options available, including origin, extent, etc. Please refer to the spec for details on how to achieve your desired layout.
