Video not working on Samsung Slate Serie 7 "Build" version

LP, can you please see if you can repro this with just the MediaElement (if using Xaml version) or Video tag (if using JS version)?

We are trying to do the same. We created an app using the Player framework. And it is not playing the video on the samsung slate. Anyone has any update?
