I have created smooth streaming with multiple quality levels using H-264/AAC, which is working on web silverlight player but not working on win8 app (using player framework). only H.264-High is not working on win 8 app but VC-1, H.264-main and H.264-baseline streams are working fine.

H.264-High manifest https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/35774704/60561high.xml is not working with win8 app, and H.264-main https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/35774704/60561main.xml, H.264-baseline https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/35774704/60561baseline.xml is working fine.

Can somebody help me?

I took a look and see that the chunks for your stream are all returning 404s. You can see this in a tool like fiddler.
For example, here's one of the chunk urls:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/35774704/QualityLevels(1500000)/Fragments(video=0)

In other words, this appears to be a server-side issue.

Previously, I have uploaded only manifests at the links provided above, that's why it is giving 404 error. Now I have uploaded all the files to https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=E72AE84DADF33587!1100&authkey=!AP6a4cPe9R536Wc. Please download them and test. In those files H.264-high is not working and H.264-main is working on my windows 8 app. can you verify why h.264-high is not working.

Thanks
