Building from source and Playready SDK

I'm buillding a universal app, but using the source so that I can step through the code.
Right now I'm having a problem that I can't use a MediaPlayer element in my XAML because I get the following error:
An exception of type 'Windows.UI.Xaml.Markup.XamlParseException' occurred in MyApp.exe but was not handled in user code
WinRT information: Cannot find a Resource with the Name/Key SymbolThemeFontFamily [Line: 15 Position: 9]
Additional information: The text associated with this error code could not be found.

Cannot find a Resource with the Name/Key SymbolThemeFontFamily [Line: 15 Position: 9]
I get the same error when using the prebuilt PlayerFramework, but that is solved when adding the PlayReady Client SDK reference to my app project.
I can't add that reference to the source code, and adding it to my own project does not solve this issue.

How can I use the source code in my app?
